I was mainly looking for something I could customize a little, and Heroes Time ended up being a good fit. There were plenty of options for colors, sizes, and the smaller details, but it didn’t feel overwhelming.

I changed my mind a couple of times while setting it up, and it was still easy to go back and adjust things. I also asked support a quick question, and they basically said something like, “No worries, you can still tweak that before ordering,” which was helpful and made the process feel less stressful.

The only small thing is that a few previews could’ve loaded a bit faster, but that wasn’t a big deal overall. I’m happy with how easy it was and would definitely use them again for custom stuff

I had to send one item back, and the instructions were clear enough to follow. It did take a few days to hear back, which isn’t ideal, but the refund went through without any issues. Not a flawless experience, but nothing worth stressing over.

I ordered from herostime and, at first glance, the suit looked good. I’ll admit I was mostly paying attention to the fit since that’s the main thing I care about with these suits, and it was a little off for me. I used my usual size, but some areas felt tight while other parts were kind of loose. It’s not awful and I can still wear it, but I was hoping it would feel a bit more accurate. Shipping was fine too, nothing really stood out there. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars.

I got these for my shoes and they fit fine overall. They feel little stiff at first, but after using them bit, they worked good. Not perfect, but for the price it’s a good option.

I got to the payment page and it made me a little uneasy. Maybe it was fine, but there weren’t any clear security details or anything that made me feel confident entering my card info. Common sense says if a checkout page feels off, don’t push through it, so I stopped before placing the order...

It’s not bad overall, especially if you’re trying to keep costs down, but the stitching was just okay. I noticed a few loose threads, so I’m not sure I’d pay more for it.

I ordered from herostime.com and the shirt itself was okay, but the screen print was disappointing. The colors looked dull compared to the photos, and some of the edges were messy, which made the whole thing feel kind of cheap.
After just one wash, it already looked a little faded, like, what a joke for the price. Shipping was fine, but the print didn’t seem durable at all, so I probably won’t order again

The colors looked pretty much like the pictures, so yeah, no weird surprises or anything. Happy with it

I ordered a couple of jerseys and, i was mostly crossing my fingers that the sizing, names, and little custom details would all be correct. When they arrived, everything matched exactly what I picked, which was a relief.
Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but there were no mistakes or mix-ups with my order. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d definitely consider ordering again.

I’m usually bad about checking packages right away because I get busy and leave them sitting for a bit, but when I finally opened this one, everything was totally safe. It was packed really well and arrived with no issues.

I ordered from Heroes Time and figured I’d be waiting at least a week, maybe longer. Nope, it showed up in just a few days. The package was in good shape too, nothing damaged or weird. i was just expecting a normal wait, AND THEN IT WAS SUDDENLY AT MY DOOR. Happy with how quick the whole thing was.

The site loaded fine for me and what I needed, I did find it. But the menus felt kind of messy sometimes, like I had to poke around more than expected. Checkout was okay too, just on my phone not super smooth it was.

I’ve been using this on my phone while I’m out and about, running errands or waiting around or just trying to get something done quickly, and it works really well without making me feel like I need to be back at my computer
